Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.
Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing in the digital Library, the CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

Co-author registration is applicable for additional registration of a paper. If the co-authors of a paper is looking for additional registration above frees are applicable. Any additional registration after the stipulated date will be considered as the spot registration.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) the Copyright Transfer Form. Print-Fill-Sign-Scan and send to artcom.register @ theides.org
Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard format (Editable MS WORD Document only). Camera Ready paper must follow the single column common template for conference proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.

Step 4 - Registration
Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to artcom.register @ theides.org
